This page contains some additional information on insurance products that may be important for you to consider:

Life Insurance:

Final Expense Whole Life Insurance – for most of our clients, this is the type of life insurance that we would recommend for individuals who are in the Medicare market. A whole life insurance plan is a very easy to understand product. You choose the amount of insurance you wish to purchase. The initial death benefit you choose and the initial monthly premium will never change.

This is permanent insurance. It does build cash value. When the time comes, there will be tax free money available to your beneficiary very soon to assist with final expenses such as funeral costs, burial costs and etc. If you would like to receive a quote for a whole life insurance policy for yourself or a family member, please contact us at your convenience so we can discuss your options.

One of the companies we often use for whole life insurance is Mutual of Omaha. They have a product called Living Promises. This plan includes an accelerated death benefit rider at no additional cost as well as an option accidental death benefit coverage that will double the amount of the death benefit in case of an accidental death. Term Life Insurance
– for some needs, it may be more helpful to purchase some type of term insurance. If you need life insurance for a specific period of time, say 10 years for example, this might be a good option. You choose an amount of insurance and a period of time (number of years) you need the coverage for. This and other factors will determine the cost of your coverage. For more information about this type of life insurance and to receive a free quote, please contact us at any time.

We also often use Mutual of Omaha for our term life insurance. They have a product called Term Life Express. This product has a variety of face amounts, term periods and optional riders. Please click on the link below to see more information about this plan:

Cancer Insurance:

Cancer, Heart Attack and Stroke can happen at any time to anyone. Even those who live a healthy lifestyle run the risk of being diagnosed with one or more of the illnesses. No one likes to think about the possibilities. But the risks are real.

If you have Medicare and a good Medicare supplement policy, most or all of your actual health treatment expenses may be taken care of. However, there will always be other expenses that may come in to play during such a challenging time in your life.

Choosing to enroll in a separate plan that will pay you a lump sum of money when you are diagnosed with a critical illness can be a tremendous help to give you more freedom in treatment without the stress of additional financial worries. For more information about this type of insurance coverage and to receive a free quote, please contact us at any time.

We often use Continental Life (their parent company is AETNA) for our cancer plans. They also have the option of adding coverage for heart attack and stroke. Please click on the link below to see more information about this plan:
